Privacy, in plain language.
We are private by design, and we think a privacy policy should be readable. Here is what this means in practice.

Your notes stay on your Mac
Cuedora is designed as a local app. Its published product information says audio, screenshots, notes, and transcripts stay on your Mac; everyday capture, review, and search do not require an internet connection. Cuedora is still in development, so this page will be updated if that behavior changes before launch.
What this website collects
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising. Its fonts are served with the site. The optional animation library is loaded from jsDelivr, whose servers may receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser headers. If analytics are added later, this page will say so before they are used.
The contact form
When you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you enter are relayed by FormSubmit to hello@chhayadigital.com. We use that information to answer your message. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
What we do with what you tell us
- We use your contact details only to reply to you.
- We keep support conversations only as long as needed to resolve them.
- We never sell data, and we never hand it to advertisers.
Telemetry in our software
Our current commitment is that no usage telemetry should leave your Mac without your explicit knowledge. If Cuedora later offers diagnostic reporting, the app and this policy will explain what is sent and when before that feature is enabled.
